Billy 

Billy sends your invoices and statements by e-mail. Invoices can be sent either when you raise them, or at regular times each month. Statements are sent out automatically each month, or you can send a statement at any time.

Billy deals with credit notes, and keeps track of all of the money transactions you have with you customers.

We developed Billy to use ourselves because we were frustrated by existing old products - it was hard for us to send invoices by email, and the systems are all desktop systems, which means we couldn't send an invoice/statement from home or while on the road. Billing is so important for a business and we decided we needed an easy solution. So we did it the hard way - we made it ourselves! It took more than two years of heavy development but now Billy is really a mature, fantastic tool. It's wonderful to be able to schedule regular invoices, such as for hosting bills or subscriptions, and off they go by themselves at the right time of the month.
